Calvert County plows Long Beach public roads after snow. However, the LBCA is responsible for the snow plowing of approximately 2 miles of privately owned roads. The LBCA Board employs a private company to plow roads after the snow reaches a depth of 5 inches. The contractor does a good job of making the private roads passable.
